Tyler was such an amazing help with the purchase and sale of my client's property. There was an issue with the water heater after closing — Tyler got on the phone with the home warranty company and got the entire cost covered. I haven't ever seen this with any other realtor. Usually once the sale is done, that's the end of it. He isn't just in this for the commission. He cares what the client needs. I am writing this letter of recommendation for Tyler Penman. He was such an amazing help with the purchase of a new property for one of my clients and the sale of his current property. Not only that, he kept track of this person and continued to help him. There was an issue with the water heater. Tyler was immediately on the phone with the home warranty company and made sure that they took care of the problem. I had paid them for a portion of the repair that I was told the warranty didn't cover. Once Tyler had spoken to them, they sent me a refund and covered the entire cost.
