01Who we are

We are Tyler Penman and the team at The Tyler Penman Group, a Utah real estate practice inside Keller Williams Utah Realtors. When you visit our site, sign up for our list, or reach out through a form, we are the folks on the other end.

02What we collect

Only what you hand us, nothing sneaky. When you fill out a form on the site or opt into our updates, we usually ask for:

• Your name, so we can greet you like a person and not a data point.
• Your email address, so we can actually send you what you signed up for.
• Your phone number, only if you choose to share it and want a call back.
• A short note or message, if you write one in the contact form.

We do not collect your browsing history, your bank account, your social security number, or anything else you have not willingly typed into a form on our site.

03Where your information lives

Your information sits quietly inside the tools we use to run the business. That means:

• Our email platform, which is the service that handles the newsletter list and sends out market updates.
• Our client management system, which is basically a digital contact list so we remember who has reached out and what you were interested in.
• Secure cloud storage provided by those platforms, with industry standard encryption at rest and in transit.

We pick vendors who take security seriously, and we only share the bare minimum of your info with them so they can do their job. We do not keep stacks of printed lists on a desk somewhere.

04What we actually do with it

We do not run weird sales funnels, we do not pass your number around, and we do not sell your data. Ever. If you filled out the contact form because you want to buy or sell a home, we will reach out to help with that. Simple.

05We do not sell or share your info

This one gets its own section because it matters. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, we do not swap it, and we do not pass it off to random third parties looking for leads.

The only time your information moves anywhere is when it has to for something you asked for, like our email provider actually delivering an email you signed up for, or if we are legally required to share it (for example, a valid court order).

06Unsubscribing is easy

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are out, no questions asked, no guilt trip, no follow up emails begging you to come back.

If you would rather just reply and say, "please take me off the list," that works too. We will handle it right away.

07Cookies and analytics

Our site uses basic analytics so we can see which pages people visit most, which helps us make the site better. That information is anonymous and aggregated, meaning it does not identify you personally. If you prefer to turn cookies off in your browser, go right ahead. The site will still work.

08Your choices

You are in the driver's seat. At any time, you can:

• Ask us what we have on file for you.
• Ask us to update anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information completely.
• Unsubscribe from any or all of our emails.

Just email us and we will take care of it. We will not make you jump through hoops.

09Kids

Our site is meant for adults thinking about buying, selling, or investing in Utah real estate. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. If you think your child has submitted something, email us and we will remove it.

10Changes to this page

If we ever update how we handle your information, we will refresh this page and bump the date at the top. Nothing sneaky, no surprise fine print.

11Questions, concerns, or human stuff

If anything here feels unclear, or you want your information removed entirely, reach out. A real person will reply, usually Tyler or someone on the team.
