01Who we are

We are Tyler Penman and the team at The Tyler Penman Group, a Utah real estate practice inside Keller Williams Utah Realtors. When you visit this site, join our list, or reach out through a form, we are the real people on the other end.

02What we collect

Only what you choose to hand us. Nothing sneaky, nothing behind your back. When you fill out a form or opt into our updates, we usually ask for:

• Your name, so we can talk to you like a person instead of a record in a database.
• Your email address, so we can send you what you actually signed up for.
• Your phone number, but only if you share it and want us to call or text you back.
• A short note, if you decide to write one in the contact form.

We do not collect your browsing history, your financial details, your social security number, or anything else you have not deliberately typed into a form here.

03Where your information lives

Whatever you send us stays inside a small set of trusted tools we use to run the business:

• Our contact form provider, which securely passes your message along to us and nowhere else.
• Our email platform, which manages the newsletter list and sends out market updates.
• Our client management system, which is really just a private contact list so we remember who reached out and what you cared about.

All of it sits behind encryption, both while it travels to us and while it is stored. We share only the bare minimum each tool needs to do its job, and there are no printed lists lying around on anyone's desk.

04What we actually do with it

No strange sales funnels, no passing your number around, and no selling your data. If you reached out because you want to buy or sell, we will simply follow up to help. That is it.

05We never sell or share your info

This one gets its own section because it matters that much. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it off to outside parties hunting for leads.

The only time your information moves at all is when it has to for something you asked for, like our email tool delivering a message you subscribed to, or in the rare case we are legally compelled by a valid court order. If that ever happened, we would push back on anything that looked overreaching.

06How we keep it safe

Your trust is not something we take lightly, so security is built in from the start:

• The entire site runs over encrypted HTTPS, every page, every time.
• This is a static site with no public login and no database sitting behind it, so there is very little for an attacker to break into in the first place.
• Access to your information is limited to the people who genuinely need it, protected by the security controls of the platforms we trust.
• We deliberately avoid storing sensitive data we have no reason to hold.

No system anywhere is one hundred percent bulletproof, but we treat your information the way we would want ours treated, and we keep our tools current and locked down.

07No creepy tracking

We are not in the surveillance business. This site does not run third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or behavioral profiling. We are not building a secret file on you, selling your location, or following you around the internet.

If we ever add simple, privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages are popular, it stays anonymous and aggregated, and it never identifies you personally. You are always free to block cookies in your browser, and the site will work just fine.

08Your rights, your call

You stay in control of your own information. At any time you can:

• Ask us what we have on file for you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information for good.
• Opt out of our emails, or all contact, whenever you want.

As a Utah business we honor the rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and we are glad to extend those same courtesies to you no matter where you live. Just email us. No hoops, no runaround, and we will confirm once it is done.

09Leaving the list is easy

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are out. No questions, no guilt trip, no follow-up emails begging you to stay.

Would you rather just reply and say "take me off the list"? That works too, and we will handle it right away.

10If something ever went wrong

In the unlikely event a security issue ever put your information at risk, we would not hide it. We would let affected people know promptly and in plain language, explain what happened and what we are doing about it, and take real steps to make it right.

11Using this site respectfully

This site exists to help people buy and sell homes, and to connect them with us. It is not a tool for anyone to misuse.

You agree not to scrape or harvest information from the site, copy our content without permission, impersonate us, or use anything here, including our contact details, to track, surveil, harass, or harm any person. We take that seriously. We reserve the right to block access and to pursue every remedy the law allows against anyone who crosses that line.

12The legal basics

We work hard to keep everything here accurate, but the site and its content are provided as is, for general information. Property listings can change quickly and may already be under contract or sold, so please confirm any detail with us directly before relying on it. Nothing here is legal, financial, or tax advice.

Any links to other websites are there for convenience, and we are not responsible for how those sites handle your information. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Tyler Penman Group is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

13Kids

This site is meant for adults thinking about buying, selling, or investing in Utah real estate. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has submitted something, email us and we will remove it.

14Changes to this page

If we ever change how we handle your information, we will update this page and bump the date at the top. No surprises, no quiet rewrites of the fine print.
